Calling song from a male Large Marsh Grasshopper (Stethophyma grossum) on Bog Myrtle in quaking bog.

Fairly audible (~2.7-21.1 kHz) ticking/popping sound with 6-8 elements in 2.1-2.4 sec at ~23°C. Sonation/percussion produced by striking the hind tibia against the end of the forewing tips.
