Calls comprised of short, upslurred whistles (around 3.7 kHz) and high-pitched croaks of varying length (broadbands between 1.1 kHz to 4.2 kHz) (background species edited out of above sonogram). Probably used in alarm.

Singing from mixed deciduous woodland on the edge of a mountain village.

Continuous output of loud, melodic phrases lasting 1-7 secs with pauses of 0-3 secs between each, and apparent endless variation due to large number of song types. Note the long series between 16-22 secs.
